New Products for 2012

Hi there!

Yesterday I sent out an email to our customers about the new products for 2012 with Excellent Resources....well actually I hi-lighted the first of many new products you will see at the conferences this spring and on our website.

This week the new Canadian Vid-E writing lesson books were highlighted. 

Of course Bryan and I are so excited for them because of the work and effort we have spent on them since last summer.  And the new skills learned while putting them together! oh  my! This tech stuff is never ending and so thrilling to work with - and I am so proud of Bryan for figuring it all out and letting me just waltz in at the end and benefit from his hours of frustration and research.  We now have a 'green' screen in our basement for our video taping. 

I stand in front of it teaching the lesson while Bryan videos.  When Bryan edits the video - he removes the 'green screen' (actually just a green fabric) and adds in the Powerpoint slide you see behind me - clever, isn't it?  This trick is just one of the many new skills gained while producing these new writing lesson books.

Good Afternoon to all Excellence in Writing Users!

This is a new thing - a blog with Excellent Resources for CANADIANS.  YEAH Canada, EH? 

What? should be on this blog? Any questions you have, any comments you may have, any feedback on Excellence in Writing curriculum.  From time to time I will also alert you to new products, sales, or events which may be of interest.

Why? Let's try it and see....perhaps this will be 'fun' (gasp, a banned word!).  I will try to answer or comment on posts as needed or you can comment if you wish to share some insight on a post.
